I have been working on the “Smart Mirror” for a few months now, Already have smart mirrors ready to go, which is a really cool addition to any home (see pictures) but i am now trying to merge the smart home hub into the programming so it could serve more then one purpose. it may not be completed yet, but it is close!! stay tuned!
I had an old iPad one that wasn’t very good for much, considering how much technology has exceeded since the first generation. So I sought something to do with the old iPad, and decided to turn it into a picture frame/calendar so when I wake up in the morning I can see my itinerary in the evenings I see live photo hours set up on iCloud
Months ago i started seeing alot of cool things in the "Home Automation" genre. i loved it! But i didnt love the price these companies were giving to their consumers!! I had absolutely zero experience in this field, i just happen to have what i consider a really good sense of "common sense" and "troubleshooting skills". So i set out to find a much cheaper way to get what i wanted... andso far, its been a success.
For all who are following my DIY home automation stuff. im experimenting with a 4 channel wifi switch, rewiring a power strip to be compatible with the switch....
Edit: since this video, im aware most electricians will give me the "dont burn your house down" malarky. this was strictly JUST for experimental purposes. Was NOT intended to stay plugged in nor be for everyday use...
