Got Bored and Built and Ottoman

im always too tall to get super comfortable on couches. so having an ottoman is crucial to get to that next level of comfort :)

Now my main niche is building things for as cheap as possible and with things i already have if i can. So sometimes the way i go about getting the job done, could be done easier and/or better in a different manner. Im completely aware of that, but if i can go the long way around and not spend money, thats the route im going to go. here are some pics of the ottoman, ill make another post in a few days because i plan on taking it apart and lowering it a tad so ill get more details pics then!

Rustic Country Baby Crib

My girlfriend brings her son over often and I love that little guy.  So I decided to make him his own little bed when he’s visiting!  All made from reclaimed wood. I decided not to sand it, I wanted to keep the aesthetics of the texture of the wood, so in efforts to NOT give little man splinters, I will spray with a thin, clear, rubbery membrane that will “seal” the wood and make it smooth. But here is the project thus far!!

Handmade Tufted Headboard

I have a nice sleigh bed, in which i love.  but when i used to sit up and watch TV my head would hit the back of the headboard which was all wood, wasn't comfortable.  So i decided to modify it to be more comfortable.  Tufted was the only way to go!  i hope you enjoy!  and if you like it, i can make these custom to order with measurements from you!
